Meet Bea

 

     

Bea Jareno is an independent Fine and Demi-fine Jewellery Designer Maker graduated with Distinctions from Kensington and Chelsea college in London. Moved to St John's Cass Department of Art and Design to study hand engraving and stone setting, and a business development at the UAL. Bea established BJ Jewellery studio in 2006.

BJ Jewellery is lovingly fully handcrafted in Bea's West London Atelier by the iconic Notting Hill. She is proud to create one of a kind limited edition pieces of contemporary jewellery with recycled sterling silver and gold, paying great attention to detail and experimenting in contrasting colours, patterns and textures. Utilising traditional hand build jewellery making techniques, mono-casting lost wax, sand casting and repurpose melting techniques.

She celebrates the imperfections in materials which, in her view, become perfect for they hold a unique beauty. She's also deeply passionate about breathing new life into cherished heirloom jewels through restoration and repurposing.
