Delivery

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or first/second class Recorded Delivery service in all our orders.

 All UK, Europe and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, fully tracked with signature required on delivery.

Orders to the UK will take 1-3 business days at no cost except items under £100 at a cost of £3.

Orders to the European Union will take 2-11 business days at a cost of £14.99.

Orders Worldwide will take 3-17 business days at a cost of £23.99.

We will only deliver items to the billing address. If for any reason you need the item to go to a different delivery address, please  email us at info@beajarenojewellery.com after you have made payment so we can arrange this for you.

Bea Jareno Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local postal service or customs checks. We hold no responsibility over the parcel once it has been posted. Any customs changes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items in the online shop listed in stock are ready for delivery withing 1-2 working days. If the item is out of stock and you would like us to make it for you, this can  take  between 4-6 weeks depending on the item.
