All UK, Europe and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, fully tracked with signature required on delivery.

Orders to the UK:

Special Delivery - Next Day in orders over £150 Free of Charge. Please enter code ENJOY at checkout

Recoded First Class (1-2 working days) on orders under £150 are charge at £5 flat rate

Orders to the European Union:

Post Office tracked & signed (5-7 working days) orders over £150 Free of Charge. Please enter code ENJOY at checkout

Post Office tracked & signed (5-7 working days) orders under £150 are charge at £10

Orders Worldwide:

Post Office tracked & signed (5-7 working days) orders over £150 Free of Charge. Please enter code ENJOY at checkout

Post Office tracked & signed (5-7 working days) orders under £150 are charge at £12

We will only deliver items to the billing address. If for any reason you need the item to go to a different delivery address, please  email us at info@beajarenojewellery.com after you have made payment so we can arrange this for you.

Bea Jareno Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local postal service or customs checks. We hold no responsibility over the parcel once it has been posted. Any customs changes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items in the online shop listed in stock are ready for delivery withing 1-2 working days. If the item is out of stock and you would like us to make it for you, this can  take  between 4-6 weeks depending on the item.
