"Crafting Tradition, Inspiring Innovation"
Bea Jareno Jewellery is proud to announce her selection as a professional member of Design Nation UK in January 2024, a portfolio of some of the most acclaimed and innovative designers & craftspeople from across the UK. This prestigious affiliation opens new doors for Bea Jareno Jewellery as it joins a select group of visionary designers and artisans.
In a testament to its commitment to excellence, Bea Jareno Jewellery has been invited to exhibit at the highly anticipated Craftworks show, curated by the acclaimed Jay Blades, as part of London Craft Week. Taking place from May 15th to 17th, 2024, at the historic Shoreditch Town Hall, Craftworks promises to be a celebration of creativity and innovation.
At the heart of Bea Jareno Jewellery showcase will be the latest Plethora collection pieces, inspired by the timeless beauty of the sea and the rich heritage of ancient civilisations. Drawing from sources as diverse as the mystical Tirona civilization and the legendary city of El Dorado in Colombia, these new pieces seamlessly blend tradition with contemporary design.
Among the highlights of the exhibition will be a groundbreaking series of rings crafted using the ancient technique of sand casting, showcasing our dedication to preserving traditional craftsmanship. Additionally, the collection features a stunning array of recycled gold hues, ethically sourced gemstones, and sustainable materials, reflecting the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility.
As one of only a handful of Design Nation UK members chosen to participate in Craftworks, Bea Jareno Jewellery is honoured to showcase her unique vision alongside nineteen other designers. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for us, highlighting our growing influence within the design community and our dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation, jewellery design and craftsmanship.
"We are thrilled to be part of Design Nation UK and to have the opportunity to exhibit at Craftworks during London Craft Week," says Bea Jareno, Founder and Creative Director of Bea Jareno Jewellery. "This recognition is an accomplishment to the hard work and dedication I put during the last 18 years of my career, and I am excited to share our latest creations with the world."
