What is an Item's availability?

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and size options will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be listed as sold out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If an item is sold out and you would like to order it as a commission or bespoke piece, then please use the contact form to get in touch. Please also see the Bespoke Service policy under Terms and Conditions.

Do you have sizing information?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you need assistance selecting the proper size, please us the contact form to get in touch.

What about delivery?

We use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service in all our online orders at a cost of £8.00, £10.00, £12.00 or £15.00 depending on item size, value and delivery destination.

All UK, Europe and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, fully tracked with signature required on delivery.

We will only deliver items to the billing address. If for any reason you need the item to go to a different delivery address, please use the contact form after you have made payment so we can arrange this for you.

Bea Jareno Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local postal service or customs checks. We hold no responsibility over the parcel once it has been posted. Any customs changes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items in the online shop listed in stock are ready for delivery withing 1-2 working days. If the item is out of stock and you would like us to make it for you, this can  take  between 2-4 weeks depending on the item.
We will inform you by email on the progress of your order.


How do I shop online?

Once you are done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Cart by clicking the Shopping Cart symbol on the top right of any page. You may also view it by clicking on the Checkout hyperlink located on any product page. Once you are viewing the contents of your Shopping Cart, you can adjust quantities by changing the number to the right of the items and then by clicking Update Bag.

 

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your Shopping Cart, click on the checkout button in your Shopping Cart. If you have already registered with us, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for your account. If you do not have an account, please follow the simple steps to create an account and continue to the checkout process. During the checkout process, the standard postage charge of £8.00 will be added to your total. The standard postage service is Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

 

How can I track my order?

You will get an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been successfully received. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you which will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account. Once you login to your account you will be able to view your Order History which has listed past orders and current orders that you have placed.

 

What is your cancellation and returns policy?

We guarantee the security of all data provided by its online visitors and protect the information they provide. Our clients' personal data will only be used for purposes that are strictly connected to the supply of services on Bea Jareno Jewellery, execution of contracts related to the sale and purchase of products on Bea Jareno Jewellery. Further, where you have consented, we might use your information to let you know by email about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you.
